The applicant seeks approval for I new ground directory sign and I new wall sign. The site is
located at 12345 Old Meridian 81. It is zoned OM/a - Old Meridian District IOftice.
Filed by Aaron Wilson of Floor Crafters.
The applicant seeks committee approval for a 4-[t tall direction al sign on Old Meridian Street and a wall
sign on the north building fagade. The base of the ground sign wilt be landscaped. The internally
illuminated directional sign will be 3 ft x 5 ft, for a total of 15 square feet of sign area. The internally
illuminated wall sign will be 17.1 ft x 1.75 ft, for a total of 29.9 sq ft of sign area, Please refer to your
packets for more details.
DOCS recommends the sides of the ground sign be enclosed with masonry or stone and have a decorative
capl cornice.
Note: This item only requires final approval by this committee. (BZA approval wiJI be required,
also, to have a wall sign not oriented toward the road right of way.)
The Department of Community Services (DOCS) recommends the Special Studies Conuniltee
approve the request after all comments and concerns have been addressed.
