Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Plan Commission meeting on October 16, 2007 at 6:00
p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public
Hearing upon an application for a Primary Plat.
The application is identified as Docket Nos. 07080036 PP and 07080037- 40 SW. The real
estate affected by said application is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of 106th
Street and Spring Mill Road and is commonly known as 10545 & 10555 Spring Mill Road,
Carmel, IN. The legal description of the real estate is as follows:
A Part Of The Northwest Quarter Of Section 11, Township 17 North, Range 3 East, Located in
Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana being described as follows:
Commencing at the P.K. NAIL at the northwest corner of the northwest quarter of Section
11, Township 17 North, Range 3 East; thence on the north line of said northwest quarter
north 89 degrees 29 minute 15 seconds east (assumed bearing) 370.00 feet to a mag nail
at the east line of the tract of real estate described in Instrument No. 200300095828 and
the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence continuing on said north line
north 89 degrees 29 minute 15 seconds east 290,00 feet to a mag nail on the east line of
the tract of real estate described in Instrument No. 200600070986; thence on said east

Written comments regarding the Applications may be filed with the Secretary of the Plan
Commission before the Public Hearing at the above address. Any person may offer verbal
comments at the hearing or may file written comments at the hearing. The Public Hearing may
be continued to a future date from time to time as may be found necessary.

Plan Commission Public Notice Sil!n Procedure:
The petitioner shall incur the cost of the purchasing, placing, and removing the sign. The sign must be
placed in a highly visible and legible location from the road on the property that is involved with the
public hearing.
The public notice sign shall meet the following requirements:
