Carmel Redevelopment Commission on behalf of the Carmel Redevelopment Commission; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Carmel Redevelopment Commission hereby authorizes and directs legal counsel to execute any stipulated dismissal with prejudice on behalf of the Carmel Redevelopment Commission.
