The following green/sustainable development strategies are being considered
by the site dewBoper and builder In conjunction with the site engineer and
building architect. ~I items on this list were considered because of their point
value in the U..S. Green Building Council's LEED Certification for New
Construction program. All of the Items on this list may not be accomplished but
it Is the developer's goal to achieve as many as possible.
Demolition
