APPROVED: Docket No. 07110013 UV,Use Variance for office uses in a residential district with the Condition the business would be limited to 5 years and a maximum of 4 full-time employees. DENIED: Docket No. 07110014 V, Development Standards Variance forelimiuation of required bicycle parking. NO DECISION VOTE (Split vote): Docket No. 07110015 V, Development Standards Variance for elimination of required sidewalks/paths. Docket No. 07110015 V will need to be re-heard at the January 28,2008 meeting: According to our Board of Zoning Appeals Rules (Section 30.05.04), it states: "A variance application that is denied is ineligible to be placed on the agenda for consideration for a period oft\velve (12) months following the date of the denial. Whenever a variance application is denied, the property involved may not be the subject of a different variance application, or any special use application or special exception application or rezone proposal, for a period of six (6) months following the date of the denial."
