Subject to the City of Carmel's approval, the Owners have agreed to allow 106th Street Grill to erect a rod iron fence around the existing outside patio area as indicated on the attached site plan. The fence will not obstruct parking or sidewalk access to the center. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding Mr. Garcia's request.
