In regards to the umbrellas, I would sincereLy like to apologize to all
members of the board for not having placed the right umbrellas on the
patio. It was not done intentional was just an oversight on my part.

Please accept this letter as approval for Robert Garcia to request an amendment to the ADLS of
the above referenced property owned by Glendale Partners. Subject to the City of Carmel's
approval, the Owners have agreed to allow 106th Street Grill to erect a rod iron fence around the
existing outside patio area as indicated on the attached site plan. The fence will not obstruct
parking or sidewalk access to the center.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding Mr. Garcia's request. Thank
you for your assistance in this matter.
