Durf;J inspec'ed. It is NC'- a sanitary ?r issue; it's
stormsewer/drainage issue. Backyard drainage swale FULL,
including an-real feces (c-iginally homeowner claimed it was
"raw sewage" but Duffy's inspection concluded it's animal
waste.) Duffy tried to contact Gary, but couldn't reach.
Wants our dept to take a look.
