The concern cited that semi tractors and trailers are using your parking lot for overnight parking. Site inspections have been conducted and found this problem to exist almost every day of the week. This property is zoned for commercial use, but not for this type of overnight parking. This situation can be easily rectified by erecting warning signs to educate those truck drivers that this practice must be discontinued and vehicles may be towed at owner's expense. This kind of signage would not require sign permits issued by the City of Carmel and should be placed as soon as possible. Continued violations will result in further enforcement action which may include an appearance in Carmel City Court.
