RE: CITY CODE VIOLATION -- CONDITION OF PROPERTY
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This letter is being provided to inform you that an inquiry was made to the Department of
Community Services regarding a possible City Code Violation at 3220 104"' St. E., in the City of
Carmel, a property listed under your ownership- An inspection revealed that the concern
appears to be valid and that the property is in violation of the Carmel City Code, §6-77(k), which
construes the following conditions to be public health nuisances:
(k) Any accumulation of junk, rubbish, scrap metal, automotive parts, building
materials, machinery, dead trees, or parts thereof, upon any premises in a
residential area.
Please bring the condition of this property into compliance with the Carmel City Code by April 2,
2007. Failure to resolve the violation(s) by the specified deadline will result in further
enforcement action by the City of Carmel to include abatement by the city or abatement by the
