Carmel, IN 46033 RE: CITY CODE VIOLATION -- CONDITION OF PROPERTY Dear Sir/Ma'am, This letter is being provided to inform you that an inquiry was made to the Department of Community Services regarding a possible City Code Violation at 3220 104"' St. E., in the City of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership- An inspection revealed that the concern appears to be valid and that the property is in violation of the Carmel City Code, §6-77(k), which construes the following conditions to be public health nuisances: (k) Any accumulation of junk, rubbish, scrap metal, automotive parts, building materials, machinery, dead trees, or parts thereof, upon any premises in a residential area. Please bring the condition of this property into compliance with the Carmel City Code by April 2, 2007.
