HomeMy WebLinkAboutPublic Notice .~ , . u , u NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CARMEL/CLAY PLAN COMMISSION Docket No. 12-02 PP Amend Notice is hereby given that the Cmmel/C1ay Plan Commission ("Commission"), meeting on the 19th day of March, 2002, at 7:00 pm, in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall, One Civic Square. Carmel. Indiana 46032, will hold a Public Hearing upon an Application for Amendment of The Primary Plat Established Under The WestClay Village Planned Unit Development Ordinance Z-330 ("Application") as established by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana. The Application requests approval to amend a portion of the Primary Plat in connection with the development of the Village of WestClay, all pursuant to the information filed with the City of Carmel's Department of Community Services. The Application is identified as Docket Number 12-02 PP Amend. The Real Estate is legally described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. A copy of the Application is on file for examination at the City of Carmel's Office of the Director of Community Services, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032. All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above Application, either in writing or verbally, will be given at opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place. Written objections to the Application that are filed with the secretary of the Commission prior to the Public Hearing will be considered and oral comments concerning the Application will be heard at the Public Hearing.
