Re: Village of West Clav-Primary Plat Amendment - Docket No. 12-02 PP Amend
Dear Mr. Kreutz:
At the meeting held August 23, 2002, the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission took the following action regarding the
Primary Plat Amendment petition filed for propelty located at the southwest corner of West 131 st Street and Towne
Road.
APPROVED: Docket No. 12-02 PP Amend, a petition to approve a primary plat. The Plan Conmrission voted eleven
(11) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby granting the petition subject to the recording of the proposed commitment.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for
permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
