Subject: 1700 w 106th street - Spring Run Estates, Section 1, Lot 26A
Trudy - please allow this site to have their 2nd inspection. They did get the plat approved/signed by Mike. but now
the county highway dept wants them to redo the plat and include the adjacent property owners on the plat (A
unique request). We should be getting a revised plat to sign once the engineers can track down all of the
adjacent property owners to sign off on the plat, but that may take some time.
