The sign(s) advertises for Box Co., located at 616 Station Dr., in the City of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership. BUSINESSES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DISPLAY TEMPORARY SIGNS, regardless of whether or not the sign is located on the business's premises. According to Section 25.07.01-4 Prohibited Signs, of the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance the following sign(s) are prohibited: Signs which are located upon, over, or in any street or highway right-of-way, except for official highway signs; Portable signs which are portable or moveable, except as permitted under provisions of this section.
