Dear Mr. Thomas:
At the meeting held September 6, 2002, the Carmel!Clay Plan Commission took the following action regarding the
Development Plan and Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Signage petitions filed to construct commercial
and residential buildings on the property located southeast afthe intersection of Main Street and the Monon Trail.
APPROVED: Docket No. 08-02 DP/ADLS, Development Plan and Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping &
Signage petitions. 111e Director, as the staff of the Plan Commission, voted to approve the petitions subject to:
I, That the applicant commits to eliminate the middle curb cut along First A venue SW if they are able to
secure additional parking off-site.
2. The ADLS approval is for the architectural portion only. The applicant must get approval through the
ADLS Amendment process for signage, landscaping, and lighting.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the improvements contained withill this approval.
