DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES Division of Building and Code Sei-vices VIA CERTIFIED MAIL May 17, 2007 Joseph Karl Briley 951 Oswego Drive Carmel, IN 46032 RE: CARMEL CITY CODE--WEEDS/GRASS VIOLATION Dear Sir or Madam: This letter is being provided to inform you that the property at 951 Oswego Drive, a property list under your ownership, is in violation of Carmel City Code § 6-88 (Ordinance No. D-1557-02) and Indiana Code §36-1-3-6 (b)(1). (c) Requirement to cut. All owners of real property ("property") located within the City shall cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation growing thereon that exceeds an average height of six inches, and shall keep their property clear of debris. Please be advised, if the above referenced violation is not corrected within seven (7) days from the date of this letter, this matter will be brought into compliance by the City of Carmel.
