The signs advertise for MIl Homes at the Heather Knoll subdivision, in the City of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership. BUSINESSES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DISPLAY TEMPORARY SIGNS, regardless of whether or not the sign is located on the business's premises. I have taken the liberty of enclosing with this letter a copy of the current Sign Ordinance of the CarmeuClay Zoning Ordinance, as well as an additional listing of the Prohibited Signs from the ordinance. This letter shall serve as the first and final warning for this type of violation. Please bring this property into compliance by July 25, 2007 to avoid further enforcement action.
