The signs advertise for MIl Homes at the Heather Knoll subdivision, in the City of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership. BUSINESSES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DISPLAY TEMPORARY SIGNS, regardless of whether or not the sign is located on the business's premises. I have taken the liberty of enclosing with this letter a copy of the current Sign Ordinance of the CarmeuClay Zoning Ordinance, as well as an additional listing of the Prohibited Signs from the ordinance.
