The signs advertise for Arbor Homes at The Trails at Hayden Run subdivision, in the pity of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership. BUSINESSES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DISPLAY TEMPORARY SIGNS, regardless of whether or not the sign is located on the business's premises. I have taken the liberty of enclosing with this letter a copy of the current Sign Ordinance of the CarmellClay Zoning Ordinance, as well as an additional listing of the Prohibited Signs from the ordinance. This letter shall serve as the first and final warning for this type of violation. Please remove and discontinue the use of these signs by July 25, 2007 to avoid further enforcement action.
