The signs advertise for Ryland Homes at the Stanford Park subdivision, in the City o`Carmel, a property listed under your ownership. BUSINESSES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DISPLAY TEMPORARY SIGNS, regardless of whether or not the sign is located on the business's premises. I have included a listing of the signs prohibited by the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance for your reference. This letter shall serve as the first and final warning for this type of violation. Please bring this community into compliance by July 25, 2007 to avoid further enforcement action. The failure to remove and discontinue the use of the illegal signage will result in the issuance of a citation. I am requesting that these communities be brought into full compliance with the ordinance that was provided to you, so we can avoid having to issue a citation for these signage violations.
