Below is from a citizen complaining about a home business. I was in salesforce earlier
today and entered this as a "task" on your calendar to be addressed on 6J14....i really
meant to enter it as a new case, which shows how tech saavy I am. Guess I need to use SF
a little more.
Anyway there were a couple of other "tasks" in entered "for" you ...please! let me know
which if any of them made it onto your site-

Mike -
I am a resident in the Spring Farms Subdivision located on the main crossing streets of
131st and Spring Mill Rd.
I am writing to your office, in the hopes that the City of Carmel can investigate a matter
I see as dangerous.
Speaking as a former home owner assc. board member and father of 2 small children; I am
concerned about the sizable traffic volume in a zoned residential area cul du sac, where
at even given day, numerous children are playing in the area-
This traffic volume of cars parking on streets and zooming up and down the area has been
created by the 410 Mari Way residence in which a home business has been set up. The
residence have now opened up musical lesson to the general public. Please be aware this is
not a few cars dropping off local neighborhood kids; but rather a constant steady stream
of traffic from dusk until dawn (even weekends) that has been created here. I am very
appreciative to have the city look into this issue for the safety of not only my children
but all others in the area. I also feel some frustration that a person can operate a
business with lack of regard for all neighborhood residents and the problems that business
can generate in zoned residential area...on a cul du sac, no less. Thanks for your
attention and aid in this matter.
