GENERAL EXPLANATION REGARDING
DEVELOPMENT STANDARD V AlliANCE REQUESTS
1. The applicant is seeking reduction of the front yard green-belt buffer adjacent
to Michigan Road from 30' to 10'. To mitigate this request the applicant is in
the process of obtaining from the Indiana Department of Transportation
permission to encroach approximately 17 feet into their ROW to install a
mound and additional landscaping adjacent to Michigan Road in order to

2. The applicant is seeking reduction in the required number of parking spaces
for the overall site. Due to the nature of a car wash use, the customers do not
park, but instead drive through the car wash. The only required parking ^~

3. The applicant is seeking a reduction in the perimeter landscaping requirements
