An inspection revealed that the concern appears to be valid and that the property is in violation of the Carmel pity Code, §6-77(k) and §6-88(c) which construes the following conditions to be public health nuisances: (k) Any accumulation of junk, rubbish, scrap metal, automotive parts, building materials, machinery, dead trees, or parts thereof, upon any premises in a residential area. (c) Requirement to cut. All owners of real property ("property") located within the City shall cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation growing thereon that exceeds an average height of six inches, and shall keep their property clear of debris. Please bring the condition of this property into compliance with the Carmel/Clay City Code by August 1, 2007. Failure to resolve the violation(s) by the specified deadline will result in further enforcement action by the City of Carmel.
