Indiana 46032 RE: ZONING ORDINANCE VIOLATION - TEMPORARY SIGN(S) Dear Sir or Madam This letter is being provided to inform you that a temporary sign(s) violation has been brought to this departments attention. The sign(s) advertises for Mount Carmel Construction and is located at 13804 Adios Pass, in the City of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership. Temporary Signs are not permitted to be displayed in residential areas beyond the completion of the construction. According to Section 25.07.03-05 Additional Signs in Residential Zones, the regulations for such signs are as follows: 25.07.03-05 Additional Signs in Residential Zones. a) SIGN CLASSIFICATION: Ground Sign. b) NUMBER & TYPE: One (1) sign in addition to a permitted Real Estate Sign(s) per lot with a maximum of two (2) Sign Faces. c) MAXIMUM SIGN AREA: Eight (8) square feet (both faces, if applicable). d) MAXIMUti1 HEIGHT OF GROUND SIGN: Four (4) feet. e) LOCATION: Shall be set back ten (10) feet from the street right-of-way. f) DESIGN: No restrictions. g) ILLUMINATION: Not permitted. h) LANDSCAPING: Not required. i) REQUIRED APPROVAL: None. j) SIGN PERMIT: Required for signs with a sign area over six (6) square feet. k) TIME: Signs shall be removed promptly after completion of construction, renovation or repair of improvements on the property.
