RE: USE VARIANCE INFORMATION
Dear Mr. and Ms. Mylin
This letter is being provided to inform you that our department has recently received some
concerns regarding 19 Circle Drive, in Clay Township, a property listed under your ownership.
The concerns were relating to adherance to conditions relating to the approval of docket number
UV-35-93 Use Variance.
The approval of UV-35-93 allowed private swimming lessons to be conducted on the property at 19
Circle Drive during the hours of 9:00am and 12:30pm for 8-9 weeks during the summer.
Concern has been expressed that the hours of operation of the home occupation have been
extended into the afternoon hours. If that is the case, it would be contrary to the approval granted
by the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals on August 23, 1993.
Please take note of the conditions of the variance approval and ensure that your home occupation
is functioning within the conditions set upon approval of Use Variance docket number UV-35-93.
Failure to abide by the conditions of the Variance approval will result in additional enforcement
