of said droin lies more or less in the center of Sellefontoine Street as shown on this plan. The
possibility of o statutory easement, being 75 feet in width as measured from the centerline of said
subsurface drain may exist. The approximate location of said subterroneon drain the has been shown
on this plot plan based upon the aforesaid regulated drain mop. Due to the uncertainly and
