Libby talked to Tim & asked him to submit a plan for review, explained CTE process. Response: 10-12-07: Gary & Libby made an on-site inspection and their whole back yard is part of a detention area, we could not support even though this house sits up higher & the patio would probably not cause a significant drainage problem. We do not approve of permanent structures within easements. Verify w/ Mike. 10-23-07: Verified w/ Mike, NO. Mary w/ Patio Enclosures called and talked to Libby to see what the ruling was. 10-24-07: Libby talked to Mary & told her that we could not approve of a permanent structure in an easement. Mary wanted to know what their other options were, if any. LIbby said they could try to get a variance to reduce the easement, or they could petition the BPW on their own for approval.
