At the meeting held Monday, April 22, 2002, the Cannel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals
took the following action regarding the petition filed by you on behalf of Mink Investments, LLC,
for property located at 38 West Main Street:
APPROVED: Docket No. V-8-02, a Developmental Standards Variance of Section 27.5:
Amount of Parking Spaces Required in order to establish a mixed-use retail/office use with zero
(0) on-site parking spaces. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving
the petition.
When applying for an Improvement Location Permit, please attach a copy of this
letter to each application in order to assist the Department's review.
Please be advised that per Section 30.5.5: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the
aforementioned Developmental Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that
time, either continuous construction of site improvements must be underway, or a written request
for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval

granted by this Department prior to the expiration date. The expiration date of this approval is
