The Hamilton County database lists the primary taxpayer as Bennett Family Farm, Inc. cia Farmcraft Service, Inc. However, the Letter of Commitment received by the Department is on Platinum Properties letterhead, and is signed by Paul F. Rioux, the President of Platinum Properties. Please clarify the relationship among these four entities immediately. The Department needs specific information regarding who is authorized to make binding Commitments on behalf of this petition.
