Applicant is seeking a variance to permi t the installation of wall signs.
The Real Estate is zoned B-3 under the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Carmel, Indiana.
The Real Estate is generally located on the northeast corner of 96th Street and Lakeshore Drive, is
commonly known as 4100 E. 961h Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, and is legally described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above AppLication, either in wTiting
or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned tin1e and place.
A copy of the Application and Plans are on file for examination at the Office of the Department
of Community Services, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032.
The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
