The drainage that comes from the east and travels down the east property line oUhe 6.35 acre tract has a poor channel to transport the water. Ashbrook has installed a large pipe structure at the south property line to accept the water but all improved channel is needed to transport the water to the existing pipe. Ponding and wetlands are issues that should be reviewed. Other comments: · The existing well and septic should be abandoned properly. · Nothing should be constructed or altered that will reduce the effectiveness of the current drainage and improvements should be considered. e Wetlands may be an issue. · A ~asement is not reconunended because of the soil types and high water table conditions. Go Sanitary sewer is recommended for the proposed residence. · Below are descriptions oCtile two soils identified onsite.
