Bamesin ~ Weihe Engineering ~J ~" 10505 North College Avenue Indianapolis, IN 46280 Re: Turkle Tract Developmental Standards Variances (V-14-02; V-15-02) Via US Mail &fax (317/843-0546) Dear Mr. Barnes, At the meeting held Monday, April 22, 2002, the Cannel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding petitions filed by you on behalf of Rick Harding, Ltd., for property located at 3665 West l06th Street: APPROVED: Docket No. V-14-02, a Developmental Standards Variance of Section 2.4: Lots in order to utilize thirty (30) feet of frontage on West l06th Street for access. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. APPROVED: Docket No. V-15-02, a Developmental Standards Variance of Section 25.1.2 in order to retain an existing detached garage fonvard of the future Principal Building. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. When applying for an Improvement Location Permit, please attach a copy of this letter to each application in order to assist the Department's review. At the time application is made for the Improvement Location Permit, recorded copies of the deeds for the two resulting tracts will need to be presented both to the Division of Planning & Zoning and the Division of Building & Code Enforcement.
