Petitioner seeks Special Use approval in order to expand an Artificial Pond.
The site is located at 12411 Towne Road. The site is zoned S-l/Residence - Estate.
The proposed pond is relativelv minor in scope. and the Technical Advisory Committee
is satisfied with the design. The location of the pond opens a question regarding the routing of
the West 126th Street Collector alignment. The Board's attorney should be able to report on this
matter at the hearing.
The Department recommends favorable consideration of this petition assuming
satisfactorY resolution of the Thoroughfare issue.
