Due to its lower elevation our property accepts drainage from surrounding properties. Our desire is to maintain existing drain tiles and connect them to new drain tiles as we upgrade the drainage to the pond. Statement of Support A drainage pond currently exists in this location and is necessary to accept drainage from this property and adjacent properties. The current pond and existing drain tiles are in need of repair and ongoing maintenance. We feel that the work we have planned is necessary to properly accommodate the drainage onto our property.
