Drees Premier Homes - Lakes at Hazel Dell
Dear Mr. Lillig:
On behalf afoul' client, Drees Premier Homes, we request that the referenced
variance petitions be continued to the July 22,2002, meeting of the Carmel/Clay Board of
Zoning Appeals. We request this continuance to allow representatives of Drees Premier Homes
to have further discussion ,vith the residents of The Lakes at Hazel Dell about the proposed
signs. At the annual Homeo\.vners Association Meeting held May 14, 2002, the design of the
proposed signs were discussed but not finalized. A design committee for the signs has been
established to bring the'projectto a conclusion.
We understand that no further actions are required to continue the referenced
petltlons. Consequently, representatives of Drees Premier Homes will not be present at the June
24, 2002, meeting.
