Dear Mr. Althouse:
We have reviewed tbe secondary plat subtnitted to the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office on
November 3, 2006 fur this project and have the following comments:
1. This project taUs within the unincorporated area and MS4 jurisdiction of the Hamilton
County.
2. This proposed project falls in the Park Northwestem Regulated Drain Watershed.
3. While Hamilton County Surveyor's Office has no Regulated Drain on these proposed
parcels. it is noticed that some of the existing private storm sewers are not cover by
drainage easement. This i5 particularly the case where drainage from the Marsh site
passes through. the new proposed lot 3, but there is no easement to protect the storm
sewer or dJ:'a.inage rights of the up stream storm sewer. HCSO would recommend an
easement ~e placed over the pipe or a note on tb<: pla.t that the Lot 3 owner is responsible
for maintaining the drainage through the site.
4. Since this plat falls in unin.corporatro Hamilton County, the plat wHl need to be sent
through the Hamilton County Plat routing process and the plat will be signed by the
Hamilton County Board of Commissioners. please remove the Board of Public Works
and Safety signature block and replace with the Hamilton County Board of
CommissiQn~ $ignature block.
5. Please note the additional comments may be warranted at a later date.
