landing and take-off of the Petitioner's personal helicopter.
STATEMENT OF SPECI
STATEMENT OF SUPPORT
The Petitioner has numerous business and other activities outside the City. Use
of a helicopter for such purposes allows for a much more effective use of time.
The use of the land will not change. The special use requested is merely
accessory to the residential use and something that, in this area, is warranted.
The approximately eleven (11) acres provides substantial area for a helicopter
landing pad. The use is periodic. The helicopter is not stored on the property
and much of the surrounding area is a golf course or is vacant.
