foot expansion to an existing museum. In addition, the petitioner seeks the following
Development Standards Variances:
V-179-02 §8.4.3(B): Minimum Side Yard <5-foot east Side Yard
V-180-02 §27.5: Amount of Parking Spaces Required
The site is located at 211 2nd Street Southwest. The site is zoned R-2/Residence within the Old
Town Overlay District.
