Mail &facsimile (317/843-0546) Dear Mr. Barnes, At the meeting held Thursday, June 6, 2002, the Cannel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance petition filed by you on behalf of S1. Peter's United Church of Christ for property located at 3106 East Carmel Drive: APPROVED: Docket No. V-28-02, a Developmental Standards Variance of Section 27.3.2 in order to forego curbing the parking lot. The Board voted three (3) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. Please be advised that per Section 30.5.5: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Developmental Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous constmction of site improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department prior to the expiration date. The expiration date of this approval is Friday, June 6, 2003.
