The westernmost and northernmost lines show the permanent right-of-way for Range Line Road and 126th Street, respectively. One of the site plans that was filed shows this in more detail. This would place the sign closer than ten feet from the East 126th Street and South Range Line Road rights-of-way. Would you like to make application for the setback requirement, as well? If so, please respond and I will assign a Docket No. for the petition pending receipt of an application. Laurence M.
