4. Docket No. 08010014 ADLS Amend: Assist 2 Sell- Signage
The applicant seeks approval for onc ncw ground sign. The site is located at 211 N. Rangeline
Rd. It is zoned B-5/Business within the Old Town Overlay. Filed by J.D. Holly of Assist 2 Sell.
The applicant seeks committee <ipproval for one new ground sign. The sign will bc 4.5' tall by 4' wide.
The actual sign area will be 12 sq. ft., which is permitted for ground signs in the Old Town Overlay Zone.
The sign will be made from alumalite. This product has a cOlTugated plastic core with aluminum on both
sides to provide stability. The sign will have white posts flanking both sides of the sign and the colors that
will be painted on the sign arc red, blue, white and yellow. The sign mllst be located at least 5' away from
the road right-of-way. Petitioner, please verify this.
Note: This item only requires final approval by this committee.
The Department of Community Services recommends the Special Studies Committee approve the
request after all comments and concerns have been addressed.
