Dear Plan Commission Member:
Attached please find materials pertaining to the Dapper Estates Primary Plat petition.
Please find a large-format copy of the primary plat and an exhibit summarizing the buffer yard
tree inventory approved by the Carmel Urban Forester.
This petition also includes two subdivision waivers (see attached): one for reduction of
road frontage (the west lot possesses no road frontage and will be accessed tram a common
access easement); and one for elimination of the pedestrian path construction requirement (this
proposal will not result in any additional impact to the pedestrian pathway system in Camlel).
