Mail Dear Mr. & Mrs. Brower, At the meeting held Thursday, June 6, 2002, the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance petitions filed by you for property located at 10401 Ethel Drive: APPROVED: Docket No. V-89-02, a Development Standards Variance of Section 25.9: Drainage in order to allow an existing accessory building to encroach 7.3 feet into a platted drainage easement. The Board voted three (3) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. APPROVED: Docket No. V-90-02, a Development Standards Variance of Section 25.1. 1 (B)(3)(b)(t) (b) in order to allow an existing accessory building to be set back 2.7 feet from the south lot line. The Board voted three (3) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. The Department of Community Services certifies that the physical configuration of Little Farms, Lot 46a, commonly known as 10401 Ethel Street, conforms to all Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance requirements including easements, lot size, lot width, and necessary access.
