1. This item will be on the Nov. 14 agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (T AC). The petitioner must submit

Hancock no later than NOON, Friday, Dec. 7.
4. Proof of Notice will need to be received by this Department no later than NOON, Friday, Dec. 14. Failure to
submit Proof of Notice by this time will result in the tabling of the petition.
5. These items will appear on the December 18 agenda of the Plan Commission (under "Public Hearings").
6. These items will also appear on the Jan. 8, 2008 agenda of the Plan Commission Subdivision Committee.

Provide a copy of the list of adjacent property owners from the Hamilton County Auditor's office.
Remember to include the Findings of Fact form in the Plan Commission information packets.
Please see the attached architectural guidelines for reference to use with possible architectural design
commitments.
