40j. St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (SUA-91-02)
Petitioner seeks approval of a Special Use Amendment under Section 5.2 in order to
establish a rectory.
The site is located at 10655 Haverstick Road. The site is zoned S-1/Residence - Low
Density.
The petitioner’s representative has informed the Department that an alternative
site plan is now preferred. The revised plan will be presented to the Board the night of
the meeting.
The Department recommends favorable consideration of this petition with the
following Conditions:
1. That the revised site plan go before the Technical Advisory Committee
(TAC) at the July 17, 2002, meeting;
2. That approval of Docket No. SUA-91-02 be subject to the satisfactory
resolution of all TAC concerns; and
3. That the dedication of right-of-way for Haverstick Road and East 106th
Street be completed prior to the issuance of a building permit for this
project.
