Dear Father Rothrock,
At the meeting held Monday, June 24, 2002, the CarmelfClay Board of Zoning Appeals
took the folloVvlng action regarding the Special Use Amendment filed by you regarding the St.
Elizabeth Ann Seton Rectory to be located on property at 10655 Haverstick Road:
APPROVED with Conditions: Docket No. SUA-91-02, a Special Use Amendment under Section
5.2: Special Uses in order to establish a rectory. The Board voted four (4) in favor, zero (0) opposed,
thereby granting the petition with the following Conditions:
1. That the revised site plan go before the Technical Advisory Committee at the
Wednesday, July 17,2002, meeting;
2. That the approval of Docket No. SUA-91-02 be subject to the satisfactory resolution
of all Technical Advisory Committee concerns; and
3. That the dedication of right~of-way for Haverstick Road and East 106th Street be
completed prior to the issuance of an Improvement Location Permit for this project.
Condition No.1 was satisfied at the Wednesday, July 17, 2002, meeting of the Technical
Advisory Committee.

Please be advised that per Section 2127: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the
aforementioned Special Use approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous
constmction of site improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one~time, six-
month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this
Department prior to the expiration date. The expiration date of this approval is Tuesday, June
24,2003.
