Dear Mr. Young:
At the meeting held Monday, February 25,2008, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at
I Wilson Drive.
APPROVED: Docket No. 08010003 V Development Standards Variance for reduction in required front yard
setback with the Commitment to eliminate the existing drive.
Please be advised tharper Section 30.05.05.. Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned
Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction
of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval
must have been received and approval granted by this Department. TIle expiration date of the approval is
February 25,2009.
When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's
review.
