Dear Ms. Logan:
At the meeting held Monday, February 25, 2008, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by YOll for the property located at
320 1" Avenue NE.
APPROVED: Docket No. 08010006 V Development Standards Variance for carriage house on less than one acre.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit ofllie Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned
Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction
of the improvements must be underway, or a written requ~st for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval
must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is
February 25,2009.
When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within tbis approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's
review.
