Dear Mr. Burton,
At the meeting held Monday, October 29,2002, the Cannel Clay Advisory Board of Zoning
Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance filed by you for a
19' 10" accessory building to be located at 3227 East 1361h Street:
DISMISSED: Docket No. V-92-02, a Development Standards Variance petition of Section
25.1,l(B)(1): Maximum Height in order to construct a 19' 10" accessory building. The
board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, to Dismiss the petition for Lack of
Prosecution, pursuant to Article IV, Section 8, of the Rules of Procedure.
Please be advised that per Article VIII, Section 6, of the Rules of Procedure, this petition,
if re- filed, may not appear on the agenda of the Board of Zoning Appeals for a period of three (3)
months. This petition could not be considered again before the Monday, January 27, 2003
meeting of the Board.
