~at follows are a proposed notice and an itemization of all variances I think we need:
A variance to permit a reduced building set back from Rangeline Road;
A variance to permit a reduced building set back from 1161h Street;
A variance to pennit a reduced buffer yard along Rangeline Road;
A variance to permit a reduced buffer yard along 1161h Street;
A variance pennitting a wall sign larger than that pemlitted by the Sign Ordinance;
A variance permitting a ground sign larger than that permined by the Sign Ordinance; and
A variance permitting at the bOlUldary lines greater foot candles than allowed by the
Ordinance.
I will forward to you the information requested by Laurence as soon as I receive it.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of
Carmel/Clay Township, fndiana ("Commission"), meeting 011 the 24111 day of JUlIIe, 2002, at 7:00
