Edmo.'s Ammo & Guns (V-142-02; V-143-02) Petitioner seeks approval ofthe following Development Standards Variances: V-142-02 .925. 7.02-8(b)(l}: Number & Type two (2) Identification Signs V-143-02 S25.7.02-8(e): Location setback from Proposed West Smokey Row Road right-of-way The site is located at 20 West Smokey Row Road. The site is zoned B-2/Business. In deciding whether or not the applicant has presented sufficient proof to pennit the granting of a variance of development standards, the Board shall determine in writing that: 1. The irregular configuration of the parcel in question makes wayf1nding on the site difficult, and the additional sign helps address this difficulty. The Department recommends favorable consideration of these petitions with the following Condition: That the address all the signs be changed from "20 8th Street NW" to "20 West Smokey Row Road" in accordance with the officially recognized principal name of this road segment.
