Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals, meeting on the 8th Day of
August, 2002, at 1:30 PM, in the Conference Room of the Depm1ment of Community Services, Third
Floor, One (1) Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a Public I-Iearing upon a Use Variance
application to allow the operation of a Charter school at the propel1y being known as 340 Ridge Point
Drive and 1054 Summit Drive.
The application is identified as Docket No. UV -144-02.
The Real Estate affected by said application is described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast comer of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 18 North, Range
3 East in Hamilton County, Indiana; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 second,,' (Assumed Bearing)
on the East line of said Northeast Quarter 1188.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds
West parallel with the North line of said Northeast Quarter 1191.63 feet; thence South 01 degrees 07
minutes 44 seconds West on the West right-oj-way line of Third Avenue, S. W, 446.90 feet to the
